- Google authentication is required for all users.

- Users must respect the rights of other users.
- Arehare charges a service fee on all transactions.
- Payments are processed through secure third-party providers.
- Freelancers are responsible for their own taxes.

- All content on the platform is owned by Arehare or its licensors.
- Users may not reproduce or distribute platform content without permission.
- Freelancers retain ownership of their work unless otherwise agreed.
- Users grant Arehare a license to use their content for platform operations.
- Either party may terminate this agreement at any time.
- Arehare may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
- Users may delete their account at any time through account settings.
- Certain obligations survive termination of this agreement.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Arehare platform:
Fraud or misrepresentation
Harassment or abuse of other users
Spamming or unsolicited communications
Posting illegal or offensive content
Circumventing platform fees or policies
Impersonating others or using fake identities
Liability & Disclaimer
Arehare provides the platform "as is" and makes no warranties regarding the platform's reliability, availability, or suitability for any particular purpose. We are not responsible for the actions of users or the quality of services provided through the platform.
In no event shall Arehare be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
Users are responsible for their own actions and interactions with other users. We encourage users to exercise caution and use good judgment when engaging with others on the platform.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
